This course covers the requirements of the MBNQA and what MBNQA Examiners look for during award audits. Participants are taught auditing skills and techniques based upon the MBNQA and ISO 19011-2002 Guidelines for quality and/or environmental management system audits.

Who Should Attend?
Those individuals within your organization who have been designated as MBNQA auditors. NOTE: Organizations who are in compliance with or are registered to ISO 9001 should utilize their internal auditors for this course.
Duration:
3 Days (includes an exam covering all elements of the award. Participants who receive a 70% or better will receive a Certificate of Completion.)

Price: $7,500(for up to 15 people-course materials and travel expenses are not included)
NOTE: This course can be extended by one or more days to conduct an internal audit of your organizations processes for an additional $1500/day. Such internal audits provide valuable, hands-on experience for the students.
