Brand Consulting Group, Inc. has functioned as a Contractor for the National Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (NIOSH), National Personal Protective Technology Laboratory (NPPTL) since 2004 performing third-party, on-site assessments of Approval Holder manufacturing sites against the 42 CFR 84 requirements and the requirements of the Approval Holders Quality Management System. Since 2004, Brand has conducted these audits at every Approval Holder manufacturing site in the world-a total of more than 300 audits. These audits have included Approval Holder Subcontractor sites.
With this experience, Brand Consulting Group, Inc. is pleased to provide NIOSH Approval Holders, as well as, applicants, the following training, auditing, and consulting services.

Brand’s services focus on the audits conducted by NIOSH typically every 2 years. We specialize in ensuring that an approval-holder or applicant complies with 42 CFR 84.11 and 42 CFR 84 Part E-Quality Control.
Pricing does not include travel time or travel expenses for the consultant or instructor. All services are provided by an individual who is certified as a Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems (QMS) by the International Registry of Certificated Auditors (IRCA), has been trained by NIOSH, and has significant experience conducting audits on behalf of NIOSH.
