Description:
This course covers the requirements of the ISO/TS 16949 standards and is based upon ISO 19011-2002 Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems Auditing Participants are taught how to plan, conduct, and report the results of a Quality Management System Audit. The course contains ten (10) practical exercises which students complete both individually and in a team environment to gain auditing competence.

- Corrective Action (including verification)
Who Should Attend?
Those individuals within your organization who will be conducting internal QMS audits and who meet the personal attributes stated in ISO 19011.
Prerequisites:
No prior knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 is required. However, students are encouraged to read the ISO/TS 16949 standard prior to attending the course.

2 Days (16 Hours)
Includes a 2 hour exam covering the topics outlined above. Participants who receive a 70% or better in both the course and on the exam will receive a Certificate of Completion.

NOTE: This course can be extended by one or more days to conduct an internal audit of your organizations processes for an additional $1400/day. Such internal audits provide valuable, hands-on experience for the students and count towards the Internal Audit requirement specified in section 8.2.2 of ISO 9001.
