NIOSH Approval Holders and applicants may be concerned about the potential outcome of a NIOSH onsite audit. NIOSH will conduct onsite audits typically every two (2) years and will conduct an onsite audit of a new Approval Holder prior to granting approval. Brand will conduct a thorough audit of your QMS and NIOSH-related documentation prior to NIOSH conducting such an audit. Brand will issue an Audit Report identifying strengths and weaknesses along with any nonconformances so that the Approval Holder can take corrective action before NIOSH arrives onsite. This service can also be used to assess Subcontractors (as defined by NIOSH) and suppliers.
