Course Description
This “Auditing Safe Quality Food (SQF) Systems” course is designed for individuals seeking an understanding of how to perform independent, third party audits of SQF systems in accordance with the SQF Code requirements. This one day course provides students with an understanding of how to conduct SQF audits using the SQF audit checklist. Experienced instructors lead students through the audit, certification and auditor registration processes.
Successful completion of this course (by passing the continual evaluation and the examination) forms part of the requirement for applicants wanting to qualify as an SQF Expert (Consultant) or an SQF Auditor.

Prerequisite
Successful completion of “Implementing Safe Quality Food (SQF) 1000 Systems” and “Implementing Safe Quality Food (SQF) 2000 Systems”.
Course Logistics
At the end of day 1, there is a 30-question multiple-choice exam. Certificates of attainment are provided for students who exceed a 75% on both the continual evaluation and the exam. Certificates of attendance are provided to those who do not pass.
